| A Brief Report on the Symposium |
A Symposium was held at Govt. SPMR College of Commerce, Canal Road, Jammu to celebrate Teachers' Day. The programme began with the lightning of the lamp, followed by the symposium on the topic, " Role of Teachers' in the
present times", "Life and Philosophy of Dr. S. Radhakrishnan. First prize was bagged by Ms. Shital of B.Com. I; Second and Third prize went to
Ms. Tabassum of BBA I and Ms. Kokila of BBA II respectively. Namisha Abrol of BBA II got the consolation prize.
Prof. Sunil Tickoo, Prof. S.S. Bhalwal and Prof. Anil Sharma were the adjudicators.
Principal, Prof.(Dr.) Anita Sudan while speaking on the occasion highlighted teachers' contribution in moulding the character and shaping
the destiny of the students especially in the present times. The programme concluded with the vote of thanks. |
