HOLISTIC HEALTH CENTRE/ SPORTS

In order to sublimate the energies of all the students and to ensure their physical, mental and spiritual growth, the college has taken a lead in the state by introducing a modern gymnasium – the first of its kind in any Degree College in Jammu and Kashmir. The intention has been all along to impart an integrated education to students. This gymnasium has now become quite popular among the youth and we are trying to equip it with new health and body improvement mechanical aids. A house of indoor Games is here in the college besides proper arrangement for outdoor games. Interested students are trained for sports and games under the guidance/ supervision of director
of physical education.
