Internal Assessment Tests are conducted by the following wings:

1: Conduct Wing.
2: Secrecy Wing.

A student must attend not less than 75% of the total lectures delivered during the academic session to be permitted to take the examination.

1st Internal Assessment Test will be held in the month of November from 7th -27th November 2008 and the 2nd Internal Assessment Test in the month of February from 10th Feb. – 24th Feb. 2009. Rs. 50 per subject per test will be charged from a student who fails to appear in the test the first time.

20% of the marks in each subject are reserved for Internal Assessment. (A student has to pass in the Internal Assessment separately. Students failing to avail the first opportunity to appear in the Internal Assessment Test will be granted a second chance subject to a review of their applications by the concerned committee).

Break-up of the 20% marks:

The distribution of marks will be as under:

Internal Assessment Tests:

15% marks are reserved for two class tests.
There shall be two internal assessment tests of 7.5marks each, in every subject. Each test shall be of one hour duration.

Attendance
To monitor the regularity and progress of their wards, parents/ guardians are expected to be in touch with the college authorities. Feedback based on the monitoring of attendance helps students maintain the minimum required attendance.
